Thank God for all your prayers for Daniel Choi and our family in the time of Satan's attack through an unexpected medical mistake by his GI doctor on Sept. 24, 2009, causing a perforated colon. God saved his life even though he was close to death with a blood pressure of 70 over 40. He had emergency surgery two days later, and after two weeks, he had another one. He recovered well through the earnest prayers of God's servants. Dr. John Jun always believes 120% that if we pray, God answers for the individuals and the ministry as a whole. He asked for prayers for Daniel through our website. Not many people knew Daniel Choi, but they prayed for him in Kwangju, Seoul, Belize, New Delhi, Humber, and at many different campus prayer meetings, worship services, and early morning prayers in Chicago and all other chapters. Who am I? What is our family that God's precious servants should care for us and pray for us so much? Thank and praise God for his mercy and compassion on sinners like us!

Indeed, God answered our prayers for Daniel, and he was discharged from the hospital on Nov. 4 after 40 days and 40 nights in the hospital. Now he needs wound care at the hospital. The other day, we stopped by one restaurant after visiting the hospital and gave thanks to God together and enjoyed a burrito and taco. Now he even cares for my health. May God enable Daniel to recover fully and fulfill his creation purpose for him and raise him as a servant of our Lord Jesus Christ.
